- Middleman '69: Well, of course I believe in love, that's what we fight for, so the world can love. Unfortunately, we're not the world. I've seen it before: everyone starts this job the same way, wide-eyed idealist thinking they can have it all, save the day and get the girl, but it always ends the same way.
- Wendy: How does it always end?
- Middleman '69: The love of your life eviserated by some supergenius in a cape and a body sock.
- Wendy: That happened to you.
- Middleman '69: That's how it ended with my first wife. And the third, and the fourth.
- Wendy: What about the second?
- Middleman '69: She left me. For a super villain.

I really wish ABCFamily.com hadn’t totally erased the videos and pages for The Middleman, because the behind-the-scenes videos and Javi-casts were some of the funniest moments! Anyone know where to find them online? I know the Javi-casts are on the dvds, but I don’t know about any of the other little videos.
