The Middleman is a show about a badass young artist (Wendy Watson, as played by Natalie Morales) who gets recruited by the titular hero The Middleman (played by Matt Keeslar) to help him in the fight against comic book evil such as zombie fish, vampire puppets and evil boy bands.

The show, based on the graphic novels by writer Javier Grillo-Marxuach and artist Les McClaine, aired for 12 episodes on ABC Family in 2008 and was given a comic book series finale in 2009.
